With an extensive international career in Executive Housekeeping, Brenda’s new role sees her assisting client properties in maximizing their investment in the OPTii Keeper housekeeping management solution.

Brenda brings to the role of Client Success Manager a unique understanding of the demands of Housekeeping operations and the realities of implementing a new software management system in large teams. A former Executive Housekeeper with luxury hotel groups including Kerzner International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Taj Hotels & Resorts and most recently, in Palazzo Versace on Australia’s Gold Coast, Cooke speaks the language of Housekeepers.
She sees her role as a multi-faceted one, in which she acts as a mentor and coach for hotel Housekeepers to embrace the technology and maximize the many opportunities OPTii Keeper offers. “Of all hotel departments, Housekeeping is the most labor intensive and manually managed,” says Cooke. “Introducing any kind of technology into Housekeeping involves substantial change management. My job is to arm clients with the knowledge and understanding of the capabilities of OPTii Keeper in order to maximize that change management process, and to guide them through the optimization of operations.
